Yes! For bookings over £500, we offer a flexible deposit scheme. Pay a 20% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. This option is available at checkout.

Yes. LuxeTravelWear holds ATOL licence number 12345 under the Civil Aviation Authority. All flight-inclusive packages are fully ATOL protected, meaning your money is safe even if we cease trading.

Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. Cancellations between 15–30 days incur a 25% fee. Within 14 days, the full booking value is charged. Some special-rate packages may have different terms — please check your booking confirmation.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Yes, date changes are permitted up to 21 days before departure, subject to availability and any price difference. A £25 administration fee may apply. Contact our team or manage your booking through your account dashboard.

Many of our ferry routes offer vehicle deck space. During checkout you'll be prompted to add a vehicle — enter your vehicle type and dimensions for accurate pricing. Motorbikes and campervans are also accommodated on selected routes.
